Terms of Agreement

I understand that the fee to be on the waiting list is $300.00. This deposit fee is deducted from the price of the kitten. Deposits are taken in good faith and are non-refundable. Knowing this, I am committed to purchasing a kitten from Kitty Cature Cattery. A Kitten Deposit Agreement/Reciept will need to be signed when I have been accepted to join Kitty Cature Cattery's waiting list.
